Hosted by the all-in-one software company for independent stylists Tressly, this is the third-ever Tress Gala and it follows the success of last year's second event.

What is the purpose of The Tress Gala?
Black women are reported to spend six times more than other ethnicities on hair services, however only 302 of the 35,000 (0.8%) registered hair salons in the UK, cater to Afro hair. This has given rise to a large number of freelance Black hair stylists and hair professionals operating in the UK.
The aim of this event is to celebrate these stylists, create a space for them to connect with each other and express their creativity through hair.
