 Show: Simone Rocha

Stylist: James Pecis for Bumble and bumble

Inspiration: There were three main influences for the look - the designer's Irish heritage, the New Ireland tribe of Papau New Guinea and the Irish traveller community's pony heritage.

The look: Hair was tightly braided up the back to create a small, tight head-hugging shape with a loose 'forelock' of hair loose at the front.

Get the look: Hair was saturated with Bb Surf Spray, brushed through and blow-dried in to create a matte texture with volume.

Hair was then sectioned from ear to ear and models sat with the heads forward so hair could be tightly braided against the head up the back.

The top section of hair was then backcombed and plaited back to meet the ends of the first plait. The ends were doubled back and left to hang in the models' eyes to recreate the forelock.

The two plaits were sewn together using elastic thread and no pins. Plaits were then pulled out and manipulated slight for a looser finish. Sumo Tech was then used at the sides to give a sheen and finish the sides of the hair.

Key products: Bb Surf Spray, Bb Tonic and Sumo Wax

The gossip: Bumble and bumble had branded playing cards made up after James developed a fondness for using them when clipping the models hair back. Bumble also had branded stickers for stylists to mark their products - no more stealing each others' spray at the crucial moment!
