The Fellowship In the Spotlight night celebrated hairdressing's newest names; the Sebastian Professional Cult Team, ClubStar and Colour Project members, the Wella Professional Generation NOW Team and the F.A.M.E. Team.
In a night that was all about celebrating future hairdressing stars, it was FAME Team manager and owner of Marc Antoni salons, Bruno Marc Giamattei who compèred.
First on stage was the Sebastian Professional Cult Team, who showcased their Totemic collection. Paying homage to different cultures, inspiration for looks ranged from Africa to Japan with the team working in pairs to create show-shopping styles.
Next up was Tilly Penn from Errol Douglas salon, ClubStar art team member Rom Sartipi and Colour Project members, Bronte Wooding and Pam Holbard. Inspiration for the four ranged from Vivienne Westwood to soundscapes - something the Colour Project team picked up
during a masterclass with Sharon Peake.
Although they've only been together for a few months, the new Wella Professionals Generation NOW Team stepped up to showcase their Borderline Beauty collection. Styles incorporated new
Instamatic colours in pinks and blues and structured shapes with plenty of texture.
Closing the night were the FAME Team, who presented their Lucid Entity collection. Simon Tuckwell at Zullo & Holland designed a muted pink and purple cut while Daffyd Rhys Thomas at Ken Picton created an avant-garde black bob with a long ponytail. Leighanne Regan at Indy Hairdressing shared three tiered hair sections that pulled tight through threaded cornrows hidden within the hair and Ellenora Dean used tapestry detail to unite two blonde textured skull braids with soft pink dip dye.
