Andy's barbershop - where customer service counts

I received a phone call from Andy Willis today, owner of Andy's Barbershop in Bicester, Oxfordshire. Being the nosy journalist that I am, I decided to check him out on-line and discovered this great promo video for his business that told me all I needed to know. Looks like a brilliant business with strong ethics and foundations.
