The X Factor final 12 have come a long way from their auditions, and it's not just their talents which have been honed to perfection.
Each budding star has undergone a swish makeover, but what does Ross Taylor of Paul Falltrick Hairdressing make of the boys' new looks?
"On the whole, I think all the X Factor boys have very similar styles, which is a little disappointing! They've kept the looks short at the sides and longer on top, but with the introduction of colour and stronger hairlines they could've made them much more interesting!"
Nicolo Festa

"Although elements of the style suit Nicolo, as he has a fairly long face shape, I would have left the sides lengthier to give a more flattering silhouette. Introducing some slices of colour in a few shades lighter than his natural tone would give the look that extra edge."
Matt Cardle

"It's hard to tell the difference between Matt's old and new style because he favoured a hat throughout most of the initial stages but his rugged, 'undone' look is ideal for his image, while still keeping lots of charm."
Aiden Grimshaw

"Aiden's look is bang on trend for the current season and works really well with the groomed top section and short sides. I'd have liked to see stronger edges to the cut to give him that extra something special but it definitely is a winning look for him."
