X factor 2011: tulisa and kelly glam up for first show

With the first episode of The X Factor 2011 just days away, the judges attended a preview screening of the auditions at the O2 arena in London.
While I can't wait for the series to start, I have to admit that I'm not too excited by Tulisa and Kelly's red carpet styles. Both judges look gorgeous, glam and on-trend with their tumbling waves and glossy colour - but it's not very exciting.
Tulisa has introduced panels of blonde on either side of her parting at the front, with a slightly red hue through the lengths. The side-swept style is cool, but I'd love to see her experimenting with some edgier updos or textured looks.
Kelly's sweeping fringe and curled lengths are a classic red carpet look, but again I'd like to see her do something a bit more exciting - I love Kelly with short hair, and she could definitely give Dannii Minogue a run for her money in the styling stakes with a shorter 'do.
It was down to Xtra Factor host Caroline Flack to bring some serious style to the red carpet, with a blonde dip-dye colour effect and textured grungy waves.
