To understand what women really expect from their professional hair salon experience today, Wella Professionals surveyed 2,000 women in the UK, US, Germany and Spain who had their hair coloured in a professional hair salon in November 2014. The survey found that almost three out of four women
(74.6%) said they were more likely to return to hairdressers who offer premium colour services due to the treatment feeling exclusive.
The study revealed that
more than one in five women consider their hair colour the most important investment in their appearance and for
