Venice film festival: our favourite looks Last weekend saw the Hollywood elite touch down in Italy as the Venice Film Festival came to town, and we love nothing more than a good red carpet event for new season hair-spiration. This year saw a distinctly laid back influence on hairstyles, we caught up with Anne Veck from Anne Veck Hair Salons to sum up; "Venice Film Festival saw a lot of what I'm calling 'grown-up bedhead', its like Beyonce said: 'I woke up like this'. Hair was kept simple but effective with celebs letting their glowing skin do the talking. Nourished, shiny hair is always a huge trend coming into Autumn Winter, and these ladies have been looking after their locks." Alessandra Ambrosio AGF s.r.l./REX Shutterstock  Alessandra Ambrosio opted for a sleek half-up, half-down style with lived in texture, the perfect backdrop to her naturally, glowing skin. Dakota Johnson David Fisher/REX Shutterstock We love this playful updo from Dakota. The shattered line of her fringe is the perfect compliment to her simple but stunning gown. Amber Heard David Fisher/REX Shutterstock  Amber Heard stops the show with her siren style. Glam waves with soft texture creates a current and effortless look. Kristen Stewart AGF s.r.l./REX Shutterstock  Kristen Stewart shows how shorter styles can still go glam, with high shine and lots of volume. Tilda Swinton SIPA/REX Shutterstock Tilda Swinton's classic shorter hair is fashion forward without the hassle. The bold colour goes perfectly styled with volume and sleek texture. Widget_HJ
