TONI&GUY Global Group Enters New Era

Updated on 08th Jun 2026 by Chlo Weldon

TONI&GUY Global Group has announced a significant change to its ownership structure, with Sacha Mascolo-Tarbuck becoming the majority owner and controlling shareholder of the business.

The move also sees professional haircare brand LABEL.M become wholly owned by Sacha Mascolo-Tarbuck, creating a unified leadership structure across both businesses.

Founded in London in 1963 by brothers Toni and Guy Mascolo, TONI&GUY has grown from a single salon in Clapham into one of the most influential names in global hairdressing, with a network spanning salons, academies and professional partnerships around the world.

Commenting on the announcement, Sacha Mascolo-Tarbuck said: "This is both a deeply personal and incredibly exciting moment. We are honouring everything that has made TONI&GUY what it is today, while setting a clear course for the future."

Sacha, who has worked within the business for more than 35 years, said the new structure would support a more connected and digitally integrated organisation while building on the group's heritage in creativity and education.

Further announcements regarding strategic initiatives and investment priorities are expected in the coming months.

TONI&GUY currently operates across 40 global markets, with a network of more than 680 salons worldwide.
