Taking a cue from the Cheryl Cole school of blow-drying, Tulisa wore her brunette hair in large, loose curls with plenty of volume throughout the lengths.
This is a much more natural look than Tulisa's first audition look, which had a hint of a retro pin-up girl style. Glamorous and girly, it's a million miles from the N-Dubz star's previous style.
Meanwhile, sticking with her usual straight hair/blunt fringe combination, fellow judge Kelly Rowland looked chic in a cream pussy-bow blouse and colourful skirt.
While Kelly looks glam, I would love to see her with a sharper, shorter look. Both the long bob and crop she has had in the past would be great - although with several more rounds of auditions to go, not to mention the live shows, there'll be plenty of opportunities for Kelly to show off her style versatility.
