The 2014 Billboard Music Awards saw some of the industry's most-respected take to the red carpet in Las Vegas to look back on twelve months of great music.
While it's not quite up there with the Grammys or Brits in terms of dramatic hair looks, the night still saw a few surprises. Performer on the night Jennifer Lopez opted for full-on sixties-inspired extensions, full of volume and Rapunzel-esque length, while Nicki Minaj shocked us all by looking, well, completely normal.
