2. Cut a fringe into the hair. Starting at the nape, take straight sections and work up to the top of the ears applying strands using a tracking method with flat bonds, alternating colours 23, 27 and 59 in 40cm throughout.

4. Take a straight section from the temple to the opposite side, apply the strands using the same method and continue working up the head to just below the crown.

5. Shallow point-cut the fringe to define and give an edgy finish.

6. Angle the sides of the fringe into the lengths to give a softer finish.

7.  Refine the fringe

8. Refine the perimeter to maintain an edgy, blunt look. To style, brush hair through for a smooth finish and spritz with shine spray.
