The Schwarzkopf Professional Hair Expert App has launched to support salon owners and their staff with hair and scalp diagnosis for the perfect consultation. Available for iPad, iPhone and Android devices, the new app provides hairdressers with a series of questions to determine clients' hair and scalp condition, as well as the appropriate treatments and products for their desired end result. Designed to match the right Schwarzkopf Professional products and in-salon service based on an entirely individual hair profile, the state-of-the-art tool is set to revolutionise consultation and retail for the even the most experienced stylist. Once a client hair profile has been created, a client management system also allows hairdressers to store past recommendations, client pictures and date as well as product must-haves. The Schwarzkopf Professional Hair Expert app is rounded off with one further business-oriented feature: the barcode scanner provides information on any Schwarzkopf Professional product scanned.
