Rihanna has been announced as the face of Balmain for Spring/Summer 2014 and, just in time to make us all feed bad about ourselves for Christmas, the first gorgeous pictures from the campaign have just been revealed. Shot by Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin, the first shots from the rather 80s-inspired shoot see Riri rocking an uber-tousled look, with her undercut adding a bit of an edge to her super-sexy ringlets. And, as usual, it was her trusted hairstylist Yusef Williams who was responsible for the look using Balmain Hair products. Wouldn't this Silk Perfume be a dazzling addition to the shoot? Definitely worthy of a space in the ad! "In front of the camera, she makes you feel like she is the only girl in the world," Balmain’s creative director Olivier Rousteing told Grazia (we see what he did there). "When the woman that inspires you wears your creations, your vision feels complete."
