Philip Kingsley Announces Strategic Leadership Appointments

Philip Kingsley announces a series of senior leadership appointments as part of its continued evolution and global growth strategy

Following the appointment of Joseph Scott Grigsby as Chief Executive in November 2025, and the addition of board members Nicky Kinnard and Steven Davis earlier in 2025, the organisation is pleased to announce two further key appointments.

Jennie Gower-Smith has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer. Jennie has played a pivotal role within the business, demonstrating strong financial leadership and a deep understanding of the company’s strategic priorities. In her new role, she will oversee finance and operations, supporting sustainable growth and driving long-term value creation.

Additionally, Giovanna Santaniello joins as Global Marketing Director. Giovanna brings extensive experience in brand development and global marketing strategy where she held roles within leading FMCG organisations - at Unilever as Global Marketing and Innovation Lead for TIGI Bed Head, and previously as Global Marketing Manager for Wella at Coty and Procter and Gamble. She will lead brand strategy, innovation, and communication, helping shape the next phase of growth for the business and further strengthen Philip Kingsley’s authority in scalp and hair health.

These appointments reflect Philip Kingsley’s ambition to build a future-focused leadership team capable of accelerating innovation and enhancing its renowned trichological heritage. With a renewed emphasis on product innovation, salon growth, and international retail expansion, the company is well-positioned to capitalise on emerging opportunities and drive continued success.
