The retrospective evening, hosted at the London Film Museum, also marked the end of an era as founder and creative director of Fashion Fringe, Colin McDowell, revealed that the competition had now run its course. Co-host for the evening, Burberry's Christopher Bailey, announced that they would be back with a new-look programme in 2014 - watch this space. Two teams - led by Jonny Engstrom of Guy Kremer and Jo Cree Brown of Trevor Sorbie - created looks for nine models on the night; one representing each winner of the competition over the last decade in a dress designed to mark the occasion. "It was great to work with the designers again," commented Jonny. "It was a true collaboration, and I am looking forward to London Fashion Week already," added Jo. As well as styling models for the show, L'Oreal Professionnel also provided a colourful makeover opportunity with a pop-up HairChalk salon transforming guests - including the evening's entertainment, LA's Giorgi and Leo.
