London fashion week spring/summer 2013: osman

Nick Irwin created wet-look waves for the Osman Spring/Summer 2013 show at London Fashion Week.

The inspiration: Late 80s and early 90s hair - Osman likes hair to be off the face to show off the strong structure in his outfits so hair needs to be simple, but Nick didn't just want to do the usual slick-backed hair.

The look: TIGI Catwalk Curlesque Lightweight Mousse was worked in to dry hair to help manipulate it, then styled in a low side parting on the left.

Hair was then combed into shape and set with waving clips through the back and sides to create a moulded, classic wave shape that was flat to the surface but still with structure.

Session Series Styling Cream was then worked through to add shine and gloss and a 'greased' feel.
