London fashion week spring/summer 2013: eudon choi

Shon created futuristic ponytails for the Eudon Choi Spring/Summer 2013 show at London Fashion Week.

Stylist: Shon for Bumble and bumble

The inspiration: A little sixties and very 2001: A Space Odyssey.

The look: A futuristic ponytail with a sixties twist.

Get the look: Hair was drenched with Bumble and bumble Thickening Hairspray before drying in to create workable texture.

Hair was then teased with fingers into a messy deep side-parting before securing in a low ponytail with a hair bungee. This heavy parting gave natural volume and a very subtle beehive feel.

Sides of the hair were slicked back with Extra Strength Holding Spray which gave a glossy finish. The ponytail was straightened and a little Defrizz was added to create a smooth, polished finish.

Finally, Shon wound electrical tape in black, silver or white around the top of the bungee for a futuristic twist.
