London fashion week spring/summer 2013: christopher raeburn

Nick Irwin created cool textured hair for the Christopher Raeburn Spring/Summer 2013 show at London Fashion Week.

Inspiration: Understated undercuts, boyish cool.
The look: Textured lengths with a faux undercut effect and a very low ponytail.
Get the look: Hair was prepped with TIGI Curlesque Mousse to add texture and guts, then left to dry naturally.
A section on either side of the head at the temple was taken and secured under the hair at the nape of the neck, with sides slicked down to create a faux undercut look.
The rest of the hair was then covered with Your Highness Firm Hold Hairspray and left to dry naturally to create movement and texture without a product-heavy look.
The last couple of inches of hair were then secured in an elastic to create a tiny ponytail - "that's not really a ponytail," Nick said.
