London fashion week autumn/winter 2013: topshop unique

Anthony Turner created 70s rock 'n' roll hair for the Topshop Unique Autumn/Winter 2013 show at London Fashion Week.
Show: Topshop Unique
Stylist: Anthony Turner for L'Oréal Professionnel
The inspiration: A hint of 70s rock 'n' roll with classic Kate Moss cool thrown in for good measure. Rebellious, cool, British hair.
The look: A twisting updo with hard, glossy texture.
Get the look: Hair was styled by hand into a messy centre parting and covered with Tecni.Art Pli and Full Volume Mousse, which were then blow-dried in scrunching through by hand to add texture and create a slightly fluffy, 70s feel.
Hair was then brushed out slightly to create a face-framing, quite closed-in shape. The crown was just 'knocked' slightly with a Mason Pearson brush to add a wisp of height - nothing as defined as a beehive - then finished with Infinium Hairspray. Fresh Dust was also added to the ends to create a frizzy, fluffy feel.
Key product: L'Oréal Professionnel Tecni.Art Pli, Full Volume Mousse, Infinium, Fresh Dust
The gossip: The Topshop show saw model of the moment Cara Delevingne sport a 'model-cam' in her handbag, giving viewers live-streaming the show the chance to watch the runway action from an alternative view.
