The inspiration: The collection was inspired by dark Hitchcock heroines, but not quite so serious - an easy, young take on the look.

The look: A messy unstructured chignon.

Get the look: Hair was styled in a side parting and prepped with Bumble and bumble Bb Prep, Thickening Spray and Styling Lotion to create plenty of texture. Once dried in, Brilliantine was added to add shine and hold.

Hair was then styled in a loose chignon but kept messy and flat to the head, with hair teased out to keep the look youthful.

The gossip: Leather headbands by Piers Atkinson topped each look - in shades that matched the models' shoes.
