KMS, a range of versatile professional hair care and styling solutions, is proud to announce the entire product range has successfully passed the PETA 'Beauty Without Bunnies Program' certification process. This achievement underscores the brand’s unwavering commitment to cruelty-free beauty and highlights its long-standing dedication to animal welfare.
Since the late 1980s, KMS has made a conscious choice to prioritise ethics and compassion during product
development, long before it became a legal requirement in the European Union. The official PETA certificate verifies that KMS, alongside its manufacturers and suppliers, never conducts, commissions, pays for or allows any animal tests for cosmetic purposes on ingredients, formulations or finished products. This recognition serves not only as a testament to the ongoing commitment to animal welfare, but also as a way to give consumers greater transparency and confidence in KMS.
The PETA certification logo will start to feature on-pack in 2024 and will be displayed on all KMS products as the brand continues to evolve.
Why PETA?
People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) is the largest animal rights organisation in the world, and PETA entities have more than nine million members and supporters globally. PETA is a verified, internationally renowned icon and one of the most known certifications among end consumers.
With this certification, KMS joins the ranks of brands committed to cruelty-free beauty and the power of conscious consumer choices. This certification from PETA not only reaffirms the long-standing ethical stance but also helps raise awareness about the importance of animal welfare in the beauty industry.
