R+Co’s resident stylist Garren chopped Kendall Jenner’s locks for the September 2016 cover of Vogue, which hits stands on August 23. Garren, who did the cut on set for the shoot, used the following R+Co products to achieve the look:
1 Prep the hair with Cactus Texturizing Shampoo.
2 Apply Chiffon Styling Mousse from mid lengths to ends, blow dry and style.
3 Use a dime-sized amount of Highdive Moisture + Shine Crème on the ends for
preparation.
4 Finish with Outer Space Flexible Hairspray
Said Garren: "For her first Vogue cover, Kendall requested me to do the cut because she knows my history with changing the looks of big celebrities and she did her homework so there was nothing to be afraid of. In the end, we decided to cut 12 inches into a blunt cut that was all one length and fell right above the collarbone. The cut is classic and cool—Kendall was very excited to show the world that she can be more than a long-haired ‘it’ girl and that she is growing up.”
