Kelly osbourne adds big bangs to her lilac locks

Never one to play it safe, Kelly Osbourne had added a new addition to her already-exciting-by-celeb-standards lilac locks. I can't get enough of this colour on Kelly so I'm pleased to see her new style update doesn't feature a change of hue - just a dramatic new cut. Kelly's full fringe makes for a flattering addition to her layered style and paired with the curled lengths has more than a hint of the Zooey Deschanels. God bless celebs like Kelly who keep hair interesting - our world would be way less colourful without those who choose to step out of the box!
