Colour-Campaign-logo.jpgWhen it comes to choosing your hair coloure, celebrities are often the best source of inspiration.

But when you see a hair colour you love, how do you recreate the look? What should you ask for and how can you be sure that it will work for you?

Tracey Devine of Angels, Aberdeen, explains how you can replicate style icon Pixie Geldof's ash blonde hair colour.

Pixie Geldof's hair colour explained

pixie-gelfof-consumer.jpgPixie's blonde is a pale ash blonde, it's achieved by using an all over bleach then the colour is added with what we call an ash toner.

What to ask for

Make sure  you need  know  your  tones and ask for ash blonde. I would suggest you ask for crystal toner from Clynol's Viton S, it's just perfect for creating this gorgeous shade.

Make it work for you

As this look requires an all over bleach you have to be very careful and ensure that your hair is in great condition first.  For this reason, and because bleach can be tricky to use, go to someone mega experienced.
