BEFORE

1. A centre parting was taken to the middle of the occipital bone and angled upwards towards the ears. Two triangular panels were created, dropping out the perimeter.2. A low side parting was created and connected back to the triangular panels.

3. A vertical section was taken at the left back triangle and elevated from the contour of the head. A square line was cut using small strokes with the heel of the razor.4. Vertical sections were taken, over-directing back to the previously cut centre guide, using slightly deeper razor strokes.5. Moving to the right triangle, this was continued using the previously cut centre guide and using the top of the razor.
> >
6. This was continued to the large triangle at the top, over-directing back to the crown.7. The smaller triangle was released and cut in the same manner, over-directing back to the crown using slightly deeper strokes to this side to remove excess weight.8. A perimeter line was point-cut to the desired length. Subsequent sections were brought down to this line.

9. A vertical section was taken from the occipital bone to the hairline. The corner between the perimeter and previously cut layers was point-cut.10. Diagonal sections were taken from the crown to the front hairline, extending the length from previously cut layers. All sections were over-directed.11. Diagonal back sections were taken from a low side parting to behind the ear and the perimeter was angled slightly forward.
>
12. Hair was blow-dried and a narrow deep triangle taken from both sides of the parting. Hair was left to slide through the teeth of a comb wile point-c utting from the bridge of the nose to the chin, leaving it asymmetrical.STYLING: Hair was blow-dried and smoothed with irons.
