Goldwell announce jay mahmood as global artistic ambassador

Goldwell has confirmed that international platform artist Jay Mahmood is their new artistic ambassador for haircutting.
His new position will see Jay responsible for the creation, development and education of hairdressing collections for Goldwell worldwide. He will be based in
the Goldwell/KMS Academy, in the heart of central London.
Jay started his hairdressing career as an apprentice at Sassoon, rising through the ranks to become one of the youngest academy leader in the company's history. More recently, he has been based at the prestigious
Allilon Academy.
Speaking of his new role, Jay says: "The thing I love most about my job is having the opportunity to travel around the world teaching and inspiring others in the craft of haircutting. I'm thrilled at the opportunity to be working with GOLDWELL and helping them to develop new education and artistry in haircutting."
John Moroney, VP and global creative director for Kao Salon Division adds: "Having Jay join our team is a huge step forward in expanding our creative offering beyond hair color.
