2016 sees the return of HJ’s Rising Star of the Year Award. It is designed to celebrate the talent and inventiveness of today’s aspiring hairdressers. Entrants must be unqualified but studying towards their NVQ level 1 or 2 or equivalent. To enter, submit a picture of a model with their hair, make-up and styling inspired by a celebrity of your choice.
