Megan Mullally was on the red carpet for the 2014 Golden Globes, but we very nearly missed her thanks to a dramatic new hairstyle.
Proving that hair really does make all the difference, Megan's new blunt red bob left her looking virtually unrecognizable from Karen Walker with her artfully blow-dried bouffant.
The actress has rocked various shades of red hair for a while but this Little Mermaid shade combined with a dramatic new cut and cat-eye black specs, Megan looked like a new woman; and about ten years younger at the same time.
What a transformation!
