Just when you thought the mullet revival of 2013 was over... Flavia de Oliveira is snapped here with a mullet hairstyle in Woman Madame Figaro Spain - super similar to the styles we saw at Jean-Paul Gaultier Autumn/Winter 2013. Featuring a layered, two-tone blonde-and-black finish, this look is certainly not for the fainthearted. But then, a tartan maxi-skirt, leopard waistcoat and DMs aren't either - and yet it all works together perfectly.
