Demi lovato debuts new blue hue

Demi Lovato has tweeted a new blue hair hue - which she later debuted live on The Tonight Show. In keeping with the name of her latest single - Neon Lights - Demi tweeted just how pleased she was with her new 'neon' do; although it looks less neon and more aqua-marine to me, with hints of her natural black locks visible through the roots in some pics from the performance. Unfortunately we have no word on who did the colour - unlike Vanessa Hudgens, who credited her stylist with her recent transformation - but whoever did it gets a firm thumbs up from this colour-loving critic. After all, every 21-year-old wannabe rock chick should go through a colour chameleon phase.
