Cloud nine launch the world’s first automatic iron at salon international

Cloud Nine will be launching the world's first automatic styling iron, the C9 Touch, at Salon International. The haircare innovators - and past winners of Innovation of the Year at HJ's British Hairdressing Business Awards - will introduce the C9 Touch on the Cloud Nine stand over the Salon International weekend, offering guests the first chance to trial the pioneering new product. Technological advances on the irons include instant heat - promising to be the fastest on the market - as well as mineral-infused ceramic plates to polish the hair, energy efficiency - including an automatic 30-second switch-off to cut power consumption and the MiCom controlled heating system, which ensures a constant temperature across the plates. The C9 Touch also utilises an innovative quick touch system in order to control the temperature - after automatically heating to 195°, stylists simply have to quickly touch the plates together three times to take it down to 165° and cool to the new setting immediately.
