Claudia winkleman named as top celebrity fringe-wearer

Claudia Winkleman has been named as the celebrity with the best fringe, according to research released this week. The Strictly presenter beat off bang competition from Kim Kardashian and Taylor Swift to be named as the most fabulous fringe, with Brit babes Lily Allen and Millie Mackintosh also making the top ten. Haircare retailer Fabriah.com undertook the poll of 650 women, asking them to name which celebrity they thought had 'the fringe factor.' Spokeswoman Francesca Davies commented: "It’s a simple fact, but a fringe can either make or break a hairstyle. "You can use it to complement the overall look, à la Kate Middleton, or you can use it to make a statement. "When it comes to fringes they don’t come much bigger and bolder than Claudia Winkleman’s, but it is also interesting to see Miley Cyrus's pixie-crop fringe ranking so highly as well."
