Delphine Courteille was inspired by the ultimate French laidback look for the Christophe Lemaire Autumn/Winter 2014 collection.
Show: Christophe Lemaire Autumn/Winter 2014
Stylist: Delphine Courteille for Moroccanoil
The inspiration: French actress,
Carole Bouquet, who embodies the image of the Parisian woman; both elegant and natural.
The look:Natural-feeling, reflecting each model's individual personality. Straight hair that's come slightly undone over the course of the day.
Key product: Moroccanoil Root Boost
Get the look: Prep the hair with Moroccanoil Treatment. To add volume, apply Moroccanoil Root Boost at the roots, lifting hair back and away from the head with your hand as you apply.
Brush the hair through lightly to distribute product but keep a natural look.
Brush the rest of the hair with a paddle brush and apply Moroccanoil Hydrating Styling Cream for soft hold and added hydration.
Twist the hair as you blow-dry, alternating between hot and cold setting as you work to create the required undone texture.
Create a center parting and brush the hair to give it more natural movement. Spray Moroccanoil Luminous Hairspray Medium throughout for a flexible hold.
Place the hair behind the ears, leaving some very fine strands loose.
Finally, tuck the lengths inside the collar of the coat or secure with a Japanese elastic between the shoulder blades creating a low ponytail falling loosely down the back.
