A charity bad hair day by London salon group Jones & Payne raised vital funds for the Great Ormond Street Hospital, with the entire team sporting terrible tresses for one day only. Lead by salon owners Stewart Payne and Ricky Lee Jones, staff at the flagship Curtain Road salon in Shoreditch switched their usual immaculately-coiffed hair for a variety of questionable finishes - frizz, grease and spikes galore. As well as raising much-needed funds for the hairdressing industry's charity of choice, the day was also a great team-building experience with stylists working in pairs to create the most out-there hair possible. The day raised £100 - and plenty of smiles. Salon co-founder Stewart Payne said: "Continual training is vital for the entire team and while our attention was on teamwork, we created a fun charity event combining our clients and team."
