Bullying at work

Have you been watching Celebrity Big Brother? I'm a huge reality TV addict but this year it has been disturbing, but compelling, and is a reflection of life in any office, salon or school around the country.Get a group of people together and back-biting and bitchy comments are bound to happen. There will always be jealousy -- someone is better looking, a better stylist or more popular with the boys -- but bullying needs to stamped out before it even starts. Endemol has a duty of care to its housemates like salon owners do to their staff. There is no excuse for someone crying everyday, not wanting to see people or feeling abused. There is a fine line between bullying and having a laugh at someone else's expense. Endemol seems to be turning a blind eye -- how would you deal with it? ruthx
