Blake Lively’s Hair Through the Years

Published 06th Sep 2024 by Josie Jackson

Blake Lively made her on-screen debut back in 2005, in The Sisterhood of the Travelling Pants, and has since solidified her status as a household name thanks to her role as Serena van der Woodsen in Gossip Girl, and most recently, It Ends with Us. With a career that spans almost two decades, it’s no surprise that with her many roles, Blake has also adopted many different looks. Here, we take a look at the actress’ hair through the years…

2005

Back where it all began, Blake made her acting debut with the release of The Sisterhood of the Travelling Pants. Long, choppy layers were very popular at the time, but we’re glad to say that Blake’s hair has gone through a tremendous journey since then…

2011

A far cry from the blonde of her youth, in 2011 Blake made a statement by stepping out with bright copper curls.

2016

This 2016 look is quintessentially Blake – a pretty sunflower blonde with brushed out curls.

2008

In 2008, Blake began sporting a warmer tone of blonde, that she would, in time, become known for.

2014

Back in 2014 Blake opted for a lot of dimension in her hair, with plenty of lowlights scattered throughout her strawberry blonde locks.

2022

While not as bold as her copper curls, in 2022 Blake stepped away from her characteristic warm tones and embraced a more cool-toned bronde balayage.
