February might be an inspiring month in terms of weather, but it's the start of the red carpet season in Hollwood meaning there's plenty of hairstyles and beauty looks to inspire. It's also the month which sees the Autumn/Winter international schedule of catwalk shows take place in New York, London, Milan and Paris making for some trend-leading looks and model inspiration from backstage.
Here are the looks we loved in February 2012...

Rita Ora
February was all about Rita, with her single Hot Right Now storming straight to number one in the UK Singles Chart.
What followed was a year of success, with a second number one single and a chart-topping debut album as well as success in the USA and a spot as guest judge on The X Factor.
But Rita also made an impact with her style - heavily inspired by pop's original blonde bombshell, Gwen Stefani. With her bright blonde curly locks and penchant for red lips, it's easy to see the inspiration!
Look to love: Rita had her own Marilyn moment at the Brit Awards in February, dressed in white with voluminous blonde curls adding a retro feel to her look.

Alexa Chung may have made the dip-dye popular amongst the fash-pack but for bringing the ombre look to the high street, we have Caroline Flack to thank.
The TV star took the dip-dye and ran with it, making graduated lengths and stretched-roots a familiar sight across the country - and helping to make Caroline a house-hold name in the process.
Paired with artfully dishevelled lengths or tonged into loose waves, Caroline knows how to make the most of her statement colour and ensure it's showed off to its best.
Look to love: At the BRITS in February, Caroline combined a softly graduated colour with loose waves for a trademark effortlessly undone look.

Cara Delevingne
Named as one of London's Most Influential people by the Evening Standard, Cara became one of the most popular models of the year thanks to her countless appearances on catwalks across the globe this year.
Owner of some of the best eyebrows in the business, Cara follows in the footsteps of her model sister, Poppy in heading up campaigns and strutting the catwalks.
As an in-demand model, Cara's hair changes show-by-show but her off-duty look is trademark London cool; long, blonde, dishevelled.
Look to love: Backstage at the Trussardi show in Milan this February, Cara made the case for the wet-look with a tomboyish, side-parted style.
