Beauty Works Announces Regional Educators

Published 24th Jul 2024 by Josie Jackson

Beauty Works, the luxury hair extensions and accessories brand, is thrilled to announce the launch of a new initiative aimed at empowering salons across the country with personalised, regional education. Historically, salons have had to travel to the brand’s education hubs in London or Manchester to access premier education on hair extension services. Recognising the need for more accessible and tailored educational support, Beauty Works has introduced a team of 11 new regional education specialists.

This elite group, led by an experienced Education Manager, will bring Beauty Works’ renowned training from their own salons, while also providing bespoke regional in-salon training when required, to ensure salons can excel in their extensions services, no matter where they are in the country. Nick Ineson, Sales Director at Beauty Works, said: “This innovative approach underscores Beauty Works’ ongoing commitment to support and grow salon businesses through extension services, marking a significant shift in the traditional education model. By delivering education and support directly to their region, Beauty Works is setting a new standard in the hair extension industry and reinforcing our position as a true partner to salons.”

This announcement follows a transformative 12 months for Beauty Works, during which time the company has significantly expanded its support for salon partners. Alongside the education team, Beauty Works has welcomed 10 regional sales professionals who sit alongside the brand’s dedicated trade marketing and social media experts, all committed to providing salons with the tools they need to succeed in a competitive market. All of this is under-pinned by Beauty Works’ new Partner Reward Scheme that offers salons and stylists access to exclusive rewards, discounts and support each month.

Nick added: "Our sales team brings together over 108 years of combined industry experience. This wealth of knowledge and passion for the industry positions us uniquely to support our salon partners in ways they’ve never experienced before. We're not just about supplying world-class products; we're here to ensure our partners thrive through exceptional support and insight."

Alongside the introduction of the regional educators and expansion of the sales team, Beauty Works has also recently unveiled its unique Express-Weft extensions, a new, hybrid tape-weft method that allows application in under 20 minutes, which further enhances the brand’s commitment to fostering the success of salon businesses nationwide.
