The Unite team were backstage at Miami Swim Week for the ten-year anniversary opening party, which took place at the ritzy Raleigh hotel on South Beach. Miami Swim Week celebrates a decade of dedicated swimwear fashion in 2014, so what better excuse for a glittering party showcasing the work of the very best designers in the business? A team from Unite and BLO Blow Dry Bar Midtown styled hair for all the models on the night and, with different designers all showcasing their work, an overall look of beachy waves was decided on. [hji-gallery-legacy] Here, the team tell us how to get the look. 1) Prep the hair with UNITE TRICKY Spray (a half hairspray/half wax product) 2) Separate hair into sections and add curl using either a curling iron or by wrapping hair around a flat iron. 3) After each section is curled, mist with UNITE MAX CONTROL for extra staying power from roots to ends.
