Cut

BEFORE1. The top was divided into two triangles, the right triangle was wider at the crown, narrower at the hairline. Left triangle was the opposite.2. Hair was cut starting at the right temple with a horizontal section and the guideline was cut at the bottom of the ear.

3. Successive sections were elevated to create graduation.4. Moving to the back, a central parting was created and slightly diagonal subsections were taken with a baseline established. 5. This was continued up the back of the head, progressively elevating to create a graduated shape.
> >
6. A section was taken behind the ear parallel to the hairline and sections were blended together. This was continued until the hair no longer reached the guideline.7.At the right temple, a vertical parting was taken ensuring the head was tilted forward and a line cut following the contour of the head. 8.Vertical sections were taken with no over-direction. The same guideline was taken to the centre back. Steps three to nine were repeated on the other side of the head.

9. At the top left panel, a guideline was established that was shorter at the front, getting longer towards the crown. All sections were over-directed to the first.10. At the second triangle, hair was cut in an opposing angle to the first, shorter at the crown to longer at the hairline. Subsequent sections were over-directed to the first.11. Hair was cross-checked and refined gently with the top of the straight-edge razor, to loosen and diffuse the cut.

After - Hair was blow-dried smooth and dressed with shine spray.
