Alice and olivia autumn/winter 2014: get the hair look

The Alice and Olivia Autumn/Winter 2014 show was all about fairytale hair; HJ’s correspondent Caroline Simionescu-Marin from Herra Haircare was there to work on the team and report on the look.

The inspiration: Enchanted
Caroline says: The collection theme was enchanted - very Alice in Wonderland and fairytales. There was a girl with a long Rapunzel braid, a girl playing Sleeping Beauty and lots more. The presentation was easily the best I've ever seen, with 40 models spread between two rooms. The hair was incredible and the team managed to pull it off excellently considering the huge pressure backstage.
Most of the looks used clip-in extensions, which were pre-curled and matched the models hair before being back-brushed out to create texture and volume.
