While pink is a popular look at the moment and suits Nicki's personality, it looks a little cheap here. Rather than looking glamorous and multi-tonal, it just looks like she hasn't coloured it properly - maybe she could have tried try two shades of pink. 

JLo has clearly learnt from any previous red carpet faux-pas and has got this chic and glamorous look down to a T. Her high neck line works perfectly with her sleek updo, simple make-up and elegant jewellery for the ultimate red carpet look. 

Mary is known for her multi-tonal blonde and brown colour and I like that she's mellowed out the blonde to something less dramatic as she's got older. Sporting a 'Croydon facelift' updo works for all ages while still looking glamorous - definitely a good choice.

Selena's looking a lot more grown up than we've seen her before, especially with regards to her hair and makeup. Her hair is sleek and shiny and the lighter tones towards the tips neutralise her look and add a slight youthful touch alongside her natural pink lips.

From his baby-face and that notorious fringe, Bieber seems to be growing up; a little too fast perhaps as this look ages him beyond his years. It's a dramatic change from the side-swept fringe - I think something between his signature style and this look would create a happy medium and not age him so much.  

I love this super-shiny sleek look on Jennifer and the subtle blonder shades towards the tips complement her skintone perfectly. By keeping her hair perfectly straight and fuss-free, all your attention is drawn to those bright pink lips; her whole look is red carpet perfect.

 

I was a massive fan of Ellie's golden locks and I even loved her pearly platinum shade but this is just too far though - it looks grey, dull and pretty lifeless. This colour teamed with her pale complexion and barely-there lip colour is not a good look as it just washes her out.

Whether she's on the red carpet or running out to buy some milk, Audrina is the epitome of glamour and this look is no exception. Her hair is super glossy and volumised and is the perfect multi-tonal shade for her complexion. Those waves look ultra-bouncy - it's certainly a look to be envious of.

I think a slightly deeper tone for Heidi would have been better especially as she's getting older now. I can't knock it completely though as she's got the right idea using tone-on-tone colours and darker roots in an attempt to keep her look youthful. 

Taylor's got the perfect balance of glamour from her dress teamed with a simple updo so her look isn't too overdone. Her natural-looking colour definitely suits her skin tone - anything much darker or lighter would have washed her out.

This look isn't doing much for Alanis' face; while fishtail plaits are on trend, having half your hair falling around your face certainly isn't. It would be so easy to improve this look by tidying it up a little; sweeping hair from around the face and tying the plait closer to the head - especially for the red carpet when looks are supposed to be all about glamour.&n bsp;
