@66 Hair & Lifestyle Turns Dead Diary Time into £12K with Frame Me Up

Glasgow salon @66 Hair & Lifestyle has found a simple way to make gaps in the diary work harder, attracting new clients without overcomplicating the service menu.

What is Frame Me Up?

Frame Me Up is a face-framing refresh service, starting from £25 using dry cutting, and is the salons only dedicated dry-cutting service. Introduced after founder Graeme Fawns noticed that standard service timings were creating pockets of unused time, the quick-fire service has turned these gaps into a healthy additional revenue stream.

Since launching last year, Frame Me Up has delivered 486 appointments and nearly £12,000 in revenue. 85 new clients have discovered @66 Hair & Lifestyle through the service, while 73.7% of bookings have come from returning clients.

The numbers suggest the concept is working commercially too, with 85.2% of appointments booked online and a tiny 1.7% no-show rate.

We had these little gaps in the diary, so rather than just letting them sit there looking lonely, we created something that people actually wanted," says Graeme. "Frame Me Up is quick, affordable and does what it says. Its good for the client and business, and great for young stylists to create a rounded client base.”
