Kelly osbourne rocks punk plaits

Kelly Osbourne is never shy about making a statement with her hair - from her undercut to her now-trademark lilac hue. Her latest look is a real conversation-starter, referencing both her punkish roots and Spring/Summer 2014's penchant for plaits. Stylist Ryan Randall was the brains behind the braids and commented on Instagram:
