Jesus Guerrero, hairdresser to A Listers including Jennifer Lopez, Katy Perry and Kylie Jenner, has died aged 34.
His family announced he "very suddenly and unexpectedly” died, prompting an outpouring of tributes and support.
His family posted the shock news on Instagram on 23 February. “Our family would like to thank everyone for all the love and support during this hard time," the post read alongside a photo of Guerrero sitting at a beach. "Jesus was the brightest light, we have never doubted that he touched the hearts and lives of everyone he came across.”
“We have fallen into tears repeatedly reminiscing and wondering what we could of done different to still have him with us,” the family added.
Fellow celebrity hairdresser Jen Atkin posted on Instagram on Monday, sharing memories of mentoring Jesus.
"He had the ability to make the whole room feel the warmth of his presence and giggle at his playful antics- all while casually creating hair ART," Atkins said. "It’s not surprising to see so so many souls sharing stories of their love for him and his work."
It's been reported that Kylie Jenner will pay for funeral costs and other expenses.
Jesus' cause of death has not been announced.
