Zullo and Holland Nottingham mix traditional with contemporary in the Grade II-listed building that houses their recently refurbished and expanded salon.
The building has been home to Zullo and Holland in Notttingham since 1989 but the salon had long outgrown the space, so when the neighbouring property fell vacant, directors Romano Zullo and Angelo Vallillo grabbed the opportunity to double capacity by knocking through on the second and third floors.
The results are impressive, with floor-to-ceiling windows on two walls adding to the incredibly spacious feel.
Four new styling stations have been installed, as well as a colour table where up to six clients can sit in comfort while the salon’s colour experts apply and develop colour, taking the salons overall capacity to 22 clients at anyone time. There is also an iPad bar where clients can chill between services.
The feel is vibrant and contemporary, like an art gallery, with clean lines and a pale, white/grey colour scheme. Mirrored fireplaces, gold chairs and statement lights create a unique sense of individuality.
