Zac efron's shady past

Matthew might be a fan of Zac Efron's new grown-up look, but I wonder what he makes of this blast from the past?
A former school friend of Zac's (and presumably that's 'former' in every sense of the word) has just released this photo to the world, and for that we are eternally grateful.
Apparently, the High School Musical star allowed fellow drama student Lana to braid his hair while they were both studying at the California State Summer School for the Arts in 2002.
Crimping may well be back this season, but I'm pretty sure it only applies to women. Probably for the best, eh Zac?
