Wella generation now team styles alfa romeo young designer of the year shoot

The Wella Generation NOW team recently embarked on the first location shoot, working alongside Kay McIntyre on a shoot for Alfa Romeo's Young Designer of the Year.The picturesque Scottish seaside town of St Andrews was the backdrop for the shoot, which saw the talented group of young hairdressers battle the elements to create styles that sympathetic to the brief but had enough staying power to withstand the weather.
Award-winning hairdresser Kay, of McIntryes in Dundee, mentored the talented team through the shoot and was on hand to provide styling tips and advice for creating an effective overall look.
Kay said: "It was a huge honour to work with such a talented and professional young team. Working on location can be very stressful as you have to work with elements you can't control. The team's finished work is testament to why they really are the ones to watch for the future."
