Spotted on the catwalks at big names including Marc Jacobs, Gucci and Alberta Ferretti, fringing, art deco shapes and drop-waisted dresses are set to be huge next spring.
Trial the trend in a more subtle style with flapper-inspired fingerwaves, head-hugging bubs and a lacquer-look, product-heavy finish as demonstrated by these A-list stars.

Mila Kunis
"Mila's softly waved hair is effortlessly chic and wonderfully timeless, but also totally on-trend. Other stars who love the vintage look include Dita von Teese and Katy Perry, ensuring it's going to be popular with clients too. To get this look right, there has to be a strong focus on dressing the hair well with a glossy finish."
Leanna Sutherland, Evocativ, Elgin
Evan Rachel Wood
"1920s inspired fingerwaves ooze Hollywood glamour and can transform any young A-lister into a silver screen siren. However, a striking colour would put a more modern spin on this look and make Evan stand out from the crowd. I prefer her usual fiery tresses as the red and copper tones complement her beautifully pale skin and make her eyes glitter. This tone
of blonde is too understated for her and does not do the look justice. I think this style in a red wine colour would suit Evan perfectly."
Lauren Brinson, Andrew Price Group, Wales

Sarah Harding
"Sarah is infamous for her party-loving lifestyle, and her ever-changing hair colour and style reflect that. The vibrant colour doesn't hide the fact that the classic 1920s' style has been perfectly executed. I especially enjoy how she wears the style with elegance."
Jeanette Esposito, Enzorosario, Godalming, Surrey
Fearne Cotton
"Fearne is usually quite urban and contemporary with her hair so this vintage style bob is a great change - it's very glamorous. Far from old-fashioned, the waves look super chic and sassy and combined with the platinum cream colour, her bold dress and bright lipstick, it's real blonde bombshell statement."
